Contract
A contract between Ian Quartermaine Jewellers and Goldsmith and you will exist only when an order has been placed, accepted, processed and dispatched.In the case of bespoke, personalised or altered goods, A contract will exist when manufacture, personalisation or alteration of the item or items has commenced.
An order will be accepted by us via an email sent to you.The confirmation will confirm the details of your order and when we aim to despatch it. We reserve the right to cancel any order or to adjust the price if it has been incorrectly listed. This includes, but is not limited to errors caused by software or Website malfunction.
When you place your order, payment will be taken as per the method offered and chosen.
Pricing and Availability
Although every effort is made to ensure that Prices on our Website are correct and that stock levels are accurate, Prices and Availability are subject to change without notice.If an item is out of stock we will try to inform you of this at the earliest possible point.
Delivery
If an item is out of stock and there is likely to be any extended delivery time we will advise at the earliest opportunity that this is the case.We may be able to offer an alternative.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
You have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 7 working days of the point of placing the order (cooling off period).This is in-line with English law and distance selling regulations.
Exceptions to this cancellation period, and right to cancel, include personalised or altered goods that have been manufactured for a bespoke purpose or customised in any way. In ordering a personalised or bespoke item you agree that the order cannot be cancelled. If the item is unsuitable for any reason, We will make every effort to rectify the situation. Further alterations may incur a cost billable to you. Engraving an item or having a personalised plaque attached to the packaging render the item ineligible for return.
Withdrawing from the purchase of an item is your right, except in circumstances detailed above. A notice of cancellation must be given in writing within the time period specified.
In the unfortunate event that your purchase is not suitable, you have 14 days from date of purchase to return the item(s) to us.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning items to us. Items need to be returned in their original packaging complete with any tags, instructions and product packaging. Items will only be accepted if they show no signs of wear and are not damaged in any way.

All packaging may vary, as new ranges or styles are introduced, is subject to availability.ICE reserve the right to substitute packaging for an alternative.If a product is returned to us for any reason the packaging must be in perfect condition in order for us to accept a return (other conditions also apply).

ICE Fine jewellery reserve the right to amend the rules of any competition run through our Website or offline at any time.We reserve the right to cancel or remove any contest or competition at any time without notice.Individual competition will have rules and conditions of their own.
